Therefore, being criminally convicted is much more serious than civil and administrative sanctions.

The Iure Sanguinis is a legal expression of Latin origin which indicates the acquisition of citizenship only if one or both of one’s parents are in possession of it or if an ascendant is in possession of Italian citizenship, in this case.
The firm collaborates with a Brazilian company headed by Dr. Jardel Zanchin which deals with the recognition of Italian citizenship for all those who descend from an Italian citizen who emigrated to Brazil. The action takes place before the Italian courts competent territorially based on the place of birth of the ascendant.
